Refund Policy

Return Window: You must initiate the return process within 10 days of receiving your order.
If
the Lens you received is torn, damaged, wrong item in the parcel or if
something is missing from the parcel, you can return your parcel. Lenses
must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a
full refund.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team by WhatsApp at 03254643677.
Let them know that you would like to return your lenses and explain the reason for your return.
They will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your lenses.
Ship your unopened and unused lenses back to us using the provided instructions.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the lenses and process your refund.
